Your Credit card/debit card charged in advance for the full cost of the rental.
A refundable bond ￥20,000 will need to be paid at time of collection of equipment. Damage caused by neglect or carelessness or lost items will be charged for.
If you cancel your rental giving more than 7 days notice you will receive a full refund less a 10% cancellation fee. In order to receive a refund, notice must be received by the hostel by 10 am Hakuba time, 7 days prior to arrival.We will refund the balance onto the same credit card that you paid for the rental with. After this time no refunds are possible
